It's my third day since I got my DiGi Broadband. The first and second day were gorgeous, I like to use DiGi. However, on the third day I think I need to retract back my words.
It has been a month since the DBKL ordered DiGi to remove the base station in Damai Perdana, which caused 3G lines unavailable around Damai Perdana area.
Some more, when Phrase II of Damai Perdana is the most inner part of Damai Area. Receptions began to improved 5 days after the problem occured. I only can called up DiGi Customer Service to ask for the latest information.
Even now, the 3G lines sometimes go up and down when I am in my room. But today's the 3G line signal just disappeared from my phone and same to my DiGi Broadband too. As result, I can surf the net but in lag mood. Same to my phone's internet too. So, I decided to login my Online Customer Service website to ask for information.
I can't even joined the D'Chat. I closed the window and starts to call up DiGi CS. The response given was, "The base station was removed by local council and yet we are waiting for the approval to build a new one."
I wondered, I been a long month until now yet the base station unable to be build somewhere near Damai Perdana. Are the customers going to wait? Sure they will use other broadband or even use TMnet.
By the way, I hope that DiGi can resolve the problem as soon as possible because I like to use DiGi. I've been a loyal DiGi customers for almost 2 and a half years. I still can tell people that I don't like to use any other operators beside DiGi - Always the smarter choice.
