I am totally fed up with DiGi's unimproved broadband services. I had launched a boycott to not paying my broadband bill for a month. When I going to pay it, they will ask question for sure. I am pretty sure that I am going to burst out everything from my mouth.
I had started to use DiGi Prepaid back in my Form 3 (2002) and has been using DiGi Prepaid until I changed to DiGi Postpaid 2 years ago. No doubt, I even make free advertising to friends by telling them that DiGi is the best telco provider.
It has been 5 months since I got my broadband. What I got were: 1st month of good services and 4 months of disconnections plus many explanations service. As many people would have say, "I am trying to be patient." Every thing needs an end.
Since DiGi unwillingly to improve their services, I am going to wait until next year's Chinese New Year to see whether UniFi is available or not. I can't get what I want from DiGi then I need to get it from other operators. I hope that DiGi will learn their lessons.
