Little Grey Rabbit’s Trivia of the Month: September

Little Grey Rabbit started to watch animes and read mangas after influenced by his sister, Takashi Tsukiyo (formerly Takashi Kuroyami). His first manga was “Kamikaze Kaitou Jeanne”, while his first animes was “Fushigi Yuugi”.

Since ever, he started to buy his own anime series and until today, he has many collections even though some of the series were missing because he lends it to his former friends.

He is currently buying animes at Hiro Comics and SunComics. Besides watching animes, he also enjoyed listening to original soundtracks of the animes he had bought, especially the opening themes and ending themes. As until now, he has more than 100 original soundtracks in his USB thumbdrive.

Little Grey Rabbit’s Trivia of the Month: August

Little Grey Rabbit to have his first desktop was in 2000 AFTER his village was flooded by waters from the ex-mining pond. When he started to join the church in 2004/2005 and changed the church OHP system to projection/computer system, the church gave him a Sony Viao to help the church to maintain the computer system. Since all of the computers were damaged or crashed, he depends on friends or the facilities of the cyber café to surf internet and etc. He also depends on his uncle’s laptop until he finally had a second-hand laptop from his uncle.

From time to time, he went to his friends’ house or internet café to finish up his things and even play his first online games – MapleStory. Even though, he plays Counter Strikes and Left 4 Death.

The development of his designing starts after he used his computer (desktop) and started to learn things on his own with just a little help from his classmates at that time. Not much helps from the teacher who my parents and uncle paid him and ends up by playing games during the class hour. Steps by steps, he was able to do all things by his own hands. Finally, he was able to do graphics and designing by his own with the gifted talent he has.

Little Grey Rabbit’s Trivia of the Month: July

Little Grey Rabbit started to use his signature since 12 years old. On that time, he required to sign for the identification card. After since, he started to change his signatures which were contributed by factor of his handwriting.

Due to the intensive learning in government school, students required to write down notes as quite as they can in order to avoid the notes been erased. He started learning cursive writing on his Primary 4. Signature was only needed after 12 years old to redeem the teenage identification card, although currently the system might have been abolished.

His first signature was approximately about 3.5c.m. His handwriting at that time was a bit ugly. He signed “DANIEL” behind the temporary identification card before he can retrieve his teenage ID.

The evolution of his signatures started after he reached his secondary level. In certain forms where the spaces of signing were too small, he will sign using his initial “DN”. If the spaces were larger, he will sign in full length of “DANIEL”. His initial signature was 2.5c.m. while the longer signature about 4c.m. long.

After he had pressure of copy down notes given by teachers, his handwriting started to change to ‘doctor’s handwriting’. Starting that point onwards, he practiced to signed his full name, “DANIEL LIM” and was about 5 - 6c.m. long.

In certain point after his secondary level, he also practiced signing in his Japanese name, “DANIEL HAYASHI” or “TARO TAKASHI” but none of them became his official signature. Both the Japanese signatures were approximately 6c.m. long.

His current signature is with Japanese/Chinese character includes in it, “DANIEL 林” (which can be pronounced in Japanese or Chinese). This signature was about 4c.m. long only and started to replace his old signatures.

The only funny thing was rather to sign his name as “DANIEL”, he signed it as “DANIAL”. He signed it if he needed to sign it in a quick manner. If he signed in a slow and smooth manner, you will see his signature would be “DANIEL”. However, where got people to signed as slow as a turtle?

Little Grey Rabbit and Copa do Mundo FIFA 2010 with Stevy

Little Grey Rabbit had befriended with Stevy (also pronounce as Stev-Y or Stev-Wai) and was his first friend after he started to work as a teacher. Both Stevy and Rabbit went to places together, even to ‘Clock Square’ which Rabbit won’t step foot into that place because of his betrayal stories between Rabbit’s former friends.

During a trip, both Rabbit and Stevy did watch a Copa do Mundo match together with another follower. Even after trip, both of them did plan for a stay over which was suggested by Rabbit and due to Rabbit incapable to go out to watch alone, Stevy suggested and asked Rabbit to go to his house to watch the other matches.

Due to uncertain answer from Juan, that plan has been put aside temporarily until a day after a meeting with their employers. After that day, both of them went and had a nice rest before Rabbit went to meet up Stevy. However, Rabbit rested too much until he woke up at dust. He rushed to prepare all things and had his dinner with his family first.

At that night, Rabbit took along with his important equipment. He took public transportation to Stevy’s place and it was a long journey to his place. Rabbit scared that he lost within Stevy’s housing are, he sent a ‘Tweety messenger’ to Stevy. Stevy replied him and asked him to find at the paper stand while he was coming for him.

The match at that time was between Coréia do Norte and Portus Cale. We skipped that match because the match was going to finish soon. Then, Stevy took me to his house. Rabbit was so shy when he was inside Stevy’s house. As far as Rabbit known, Stevy had a brother – but noticed that he also had a sister, besides both of Stevy’s parents.

Stevy helped Rabbit to set up Rabbit’s equipment to allow Rabbit to get certain gadgets while waiting for the Copa’s next match between Suíça and Chile. When the time has arrived, we went to the nearest corner shop to watch that match. We predicted that Suíça will win by 1-0, but the result was 0-1. Before both of them left, there was a person came to Rabbit and asked for a trade with Rabbit’s 500 cents bank note.

Again, while waiting the match between Espanha and Honduras, Rabbit continue to update certain gadgets. Meanwhile, Stevy was updating his MS level. A while later, Stevy’s father returned home and Rabbit started to be afraid. Stevy was called by his father and both of them had chatted at the living room of their house while Rabbit was inside of Stevy’s room and his brother was sleeping.

Before the match started, Stevy drank some medicine because Stevy started to cough. Due to the effect of the medicine, Stevy fall asleep after the first-half of the match. 15 minutes later, he awakens and Rabbit advised him to turn off the TV and go to sleep.

Both of them sleep together in on bed because Stevy’s room was a small room and he slept on a double-decked bed. Rabbit concerned that Stevy won’t able to sleep properly, so he decided to just have a nap. Rabbit also never moved his position to sleep like a corpse. More worse that Rabbit started to cramped too. Rabbit continued with his nap until the next day’s noon.

When Stevy’s brother awakes, both Stevy and Rabbit also woke up too. Rabbit teaches Stevy the solutions of making a product using certain gadgets and equipments. After that, both Stevy and Rabbit also went to have their teeth brushed before all three of them went for their brunch. Rabbit returned home after that lunch.

Little Grey Rabbit's Trivia of the Month: June

Little Grey Rabbit has gifted talent on logo designing. During his teenage time, although he attended computer classes, the teacher will only asked him to play with computer games. After his uncle bought him a computer (Windows 98 version), he started to do things on his own with some helps from his neighbor and friends.

His first logo was the Sky God Team logo, which used Microsoft PowerPoint and combined with it. Since after, he continued his designs by using Macromedia Fireworks MX. His first successful logo design by using Adobe Illustrator was The Clan of Takashi logo.

Certain logo(s) were printed out as official documents and even printed out as T-shirt designs.

Most of his logo designs contain Christian-related motif logo. The current logo of Takashi Clan appeared to be a pair of wings and above the wings was a knight cross (Maltese cross). On NERV logo appeared to have a half design of the fig leaf (although some people thought was the maple leaf from Maple Story).

Little Grey Rabbit's Trivia of the Day: 31 May 2010

At first, Little Grey Rabbit only started using a mobile phone during his last-year on his lower secondary. He used a NOKIA 3310 given by his parents for easier communication, in case of emergency. Our village house also have a Telekom phone too.

He went to PTK with his friends and one evening, after his tuition, he went back and stop to the nearest bus stop (behind the school). While the bus was like 'sardines inside a can,' he had difficulties to get out the bus which he able to got out, but it caused him his phone because his phone slipped out from the pocket and dropped on the bus.

He tried to called his phone, hoping someone had took it and would return it to him. As I keep calling, no one had tried to pick-up the phone. In the end, he still need to face his parents for the lost.

Sooner, his uncle bought him another NOKIA 3310 with blue LED lights. At that time, many people like to change the housing of the phone to the transparent one, plus putting a LED pad with various colors and shapes making the phone nicer. On that time, it was a trend among youths.

After he began his first year of upper secondary, he got his NOKIA 2100 and he also likes Who Wants To Be A Millionaire? so much. Behind the cover, it can put any pictures of your choice. So, he printed Who Wants To Be A Millionaire? logo and pasted it behind the cover. Even his voice mail, makes alike with WWTBAM ads.

When he finished his upper secondary, he got another phone from his uncle and the phone model was unknown (because Little Grey Rabbit don't know about phone models). It was a NOKIA which white LED screen.

His high school with another new phone of Sony Ericsson W800i was already a famous things among his classmate. At that time, to have a MP3 within a phone was considered "RICH". Sony Ericsson W800i was his long-time buddies with him [for almost 2 years] before he could have his own earning money to get another phone of his own. On July 2008, he bought a Sony Ericsson W910i.

That phone also short-lived because that phone had been snatched by snatch thief on March 2009 after his "military-look-a-like" training. That incident happened in his ex-living place, the new village, when he still on his phone with Little Piggy.

Because of concerned that he unable to contact his Little Piggy, he acquired a second-handed mobile phone, Sony Ericsson K800i. He had used it until he able to get himself another phone, that is Sony Ericsson AINO U1oi.

Little Grey Rabbit's Trivia of the Day: 30 May 2010

For many years, Little Grey Rabbit hates to make his hair with gels or what-so-ever. He had only a few hairstyles during his lifetime for 23 years.

During his kindergarten/lower primary, his mother used to combed his hair into "King of Gamble" style, but it only lasted until his last year of lower primary, after his grandfather had passed away.

Meanwhile, he tried to comb his hair during his second year of lower secondary but that hairstyle was a total fail. Since then, he never comb his hair.

Until when he reached his high school, he gets to a new barber shop and cut a new hairstyle for him (which was popular during that time) "yat si yat si" [in Cantonese]'s hairstyle, which enabled him to make spiky hair. He also was the first Chinese prefect from the school (or within the Prefects' Board) who dared to make spiky hair despite the school rules doesn't allowed to.

After his school, he tried many times to keep his hair and many people do jealous because he have a nice, soft, straight hair. He didn't make his spiky hair and just uncombed hair. Until September last year, he kept his current hair which makes him more "Chinese".

His previous hair-keeping record was about 13.5cm. However, his current hair-keeping record is approximate 18-19cm and still keeping/growing.

Little Grey Rabbit's Trivia of the Day: 29 May 2010

Little Grey Rabbit just like every fashionable person on earth to wear clothes with specified colors. He had changed his favorite colors from time to time, according to certain relationships or status and etc.

Most notable, his favorite color is/was red. Since he was small, he likes red along. To him, red represented courage. Even the family crest of Takashi Clan (either current or previous) is/was in red.

Soon after the establishment of Takashi Clan, he changed to yellow in accordance (more precise to let his most trusted person to use his favorite color) to his supremacy of Takashi Clan.

A year later, he wore purple color T-shirt as per his relationship with his ex-pet brother and former Deputy of Takashi Clan, Kenjiro. It also marked their 5th years of brotherhood since they had known each other for a long time.

After that year, black became the most wore shirts where he wore black T-shirt almost everyday. The color black also represents Kuroyami from The House of Kane (Ka-ne, not Cane) .

White then since became his favorite after he had been betrayed. However, during this year's spring, under his mother's advice, he wore green as his trademark color. He also used green on his Twitter page.

Little Grey Rabbit apologised to Dolphin Lyh

Dolphin Lyh is a close friend to Little Grey Rabbit. They had once been a couple. Although, they had broken up, they had maintained the friendship along with Afro Fishé, who is still Little Grey Rabbit beloved sister. Little Rabbit often tell her some of his cold jokes with her whenever he meets her or sometimes when she came to Little Rabbit’s previous hometown to visit Afro Fishé.

Because Little Rabbit left that town for good, rumours had spread all around that town. Without able to left any messages to people around that town, they also presumed the rumours were truth. Afro Fishé and Dolphin Lyh didn’t know any single thing about Little Grey Rabbit after he had left that town.

However, Little Rabbit soon contacted Afro Fishé to tell her the truth after he had settled down in new town. But Little Rabbit unable to reveal him temporarily until a time which consider suitable. Afro Fishé had forgiven Little Rabbit. Afro Fishé keep it as a secret until when the time was suitable to reveal to Dolphin Lyh.

Until one day, Dolphin Lyh had posted something on the public wall about her lost of her address key and she had changed the key. Only then, Little Rabbit without revealing himself, told her to put him into the security contact. She added Little Rabbit and he started his conversation with her. Apparently, she recognised Little Rabbit which he had denied it.

Dolphin Lyh became angry with Little Rabbit for not revealing himself to her. Little Rabbit had shared the problem with Afro Fishé. Afro Fishé also faces some problem with her sister’s elder brother which she loved before. Afro Fishé told Dolphin Lyh about it and once again, Little Rabbit confronted Dolphin Lyh and revealed the entire problem he had faced and the necessary to keep him low profile.

In the end, Little Grey Rabbit apologised to Dolphin Lyh for not telling her the truth. Little Rabbit hoped that the friendship between them can be maintained as how they were before. Dolphin Lyh accepted his apologise with an open-hearted feeling.

Little Rabbit concerned about Afro Fishé who been alone in that wicked town and asked Dolphin Lyh to forgave Afro Fishé for what she had done – for everything she had kept it from her all things about Little Rabbit was because she still care for Little Rabbit. Little Rabbit asked Dolphin Lyh to help him to take care and be with her whenever Afro Fishé needed.
