This story happened 3 weeks ago, when I was on the way back from after failed to get myself to church due to some miscommunication. I took taxi from Pandan Perdana to Pandan Kapital. Then, I took bus from Pandan Kapital to Sungai Wang/Times Square/Low Yat Plaza. After the walk, I waited for bus, just under the pedestrian bridge.
From there, I took bus to return home (RapidKL U46). While, the bus was on the way to downtown (nearby Jalan Tun Perak/Maybank Tower), I saw a vagrant defecated on top of a drain's steel bar cover at the sidewalk. I couldn't imagine that person doing such a thing in the city center.
Although I do sympathize this vagrant, however he shouldn't do it at public places. The incident happened in front of my eyes while I was in the bus. Why don't the government do something about these vagrants, who sleeps on the streets, urinate and defecate on the sidewalk? How can the government promote Malaysia, especially Kuala Lumpur to the tourist?
